knife.gr is part of the company Ecoexplorer based in Komotini, prefecture Rhodopi of Greece.
Our activity consists of the field of hospitality, service and marketing ecotourism equipment, clothing and footwear outdoor.
Stable company policy is to provide to consumers with the lowest prices utilizing technology and low operating costs as a shop e-commerce while maintaining the high quality and reliability offered by branded products.
Location of the e-shop (online store) is the city of Komotini where stands our physical store V15. The central warehouse and other essential support functions such as movement housed in privately owned buildings in the city of Komotini.
The company constantly invests in building infrastructure, computer systems, internal organization and a quality education for workers.
THE STORE V15
The store V15 is at the center of the city of Komotini, Irodotou 22 close to the building of OTE.
In a exhibition of 300 m2 on two levels has the biggest companies in the world of mountaineering and outdoor.

GUARANTEES
knife.gr customers will benefit from the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.
Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date marked on the order.
Simply send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use.
Please contact our Customer Service department for the return address. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but knife.gr pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
Returned DVDs or videos will not be accepted if they are not in their original wrapping.
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked, knife.gr will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order:
- If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
- If you paid for you order by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse.
Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.
Bear in mind that knife.gr will not accept returns with unpaid postage. Before sending back a product, please contact our Customer Service Department
